Cancellations & Returns

We hope you love all our products as much as we do and your satisfaction is our goal. But If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we are here to help!

We are happy to arrange for you to return your product should you notice any damage on arrival from delivery. This will need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. 

We cannot cancel an order once the order has been processed. If you realize that you have made an error please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to facilitate you. We also do not accept exchanges.

*ALL DISCOUNTED SALES ARE FINAL (this includes the item(s) you have used a promo code for).

*Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment, so we recommend you use an insured and trackable mail service when mailing your return. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds: 
Once your return is received by Plush Baby and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed. Or in some cases you will be notified if your return has been rejected. 
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise.
